South Caulfield
Cricket Club

The South Caulfield Cricket Club was strong during the 1950’s fielding four senior teams and a junior team. Jack Hill was an enthusiastic administrator who also prepared the ends of the matting wicket. The team would often be picked up for away games in an open-tray truck.

About US

SKILLS.

South Caulfield is a proud family-friendly club, representing the local area for 100 years (last season was our centenary!)

We have thrived through creating and sustaining a culture (an organisational DNA). Individuals may come and go, yet the broader ‘muscle memory’ of the South Caulfield Cricket Club  remains. It is a culture of inclusivity (we welcome and celebrate people from all backgrounds and genders), and of egalitarianism. We aren’t the largest club in the area, but have always ‘battled’ above our station.

Our long term success has been built off a platform of strong development of junior cricketers- starting with the 4- 10 year old Woolworth’s Blasters, Junior grades (U11 to U17) and senior cricket .  We are one of the strongest senior cricket clubs in the metropolitan Melbourne region (with over 21 premierships across all grades in the last 10 years) and provide a fun, skills development environment with a strong coaching model for players of all skills and experience.

Welcome to our website, and we warmly welcome you to our cricket club, whether player, parent, supporter, sponsor or council/association representstive
